Recirculation Actuator

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the passenger side knee bolster.
2. Remove the right cowl trim panel.
3. Remove the recirculation actuator vacuum (3) connector.
4. Remove the nuts that retain the recirculation actuator.
5. Remove the recirculation actuator from the recirculation door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the recirculation actuator to the recirculation door.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the nuts that retain the recirculation actuator.

Tighten
Tighten the retaining nuts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

3. Install the recirculation actuator vacuum (3) connector.
4. Install the right cowl trim panel.
5. Install the passenger side knee bolster.
