Fuel Injection Control Module Harness Assembly Installation

- Install the main engine harness connector bracket.
- Install the main engine harness connector bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bracket bolts to 21 N.m (15 lb ft).
- Install the fuel injection control module harness assembly.
- Connect the 3 fuel injector control module harness to glow plug controller connectors.
- Connect the fuel temperature sensor connector.
- Connect the barometric pressure sensor connector.
- Connect the fuel injection control module harness to the oil level sensor harness connector.
- Connect the fuel rail pressure regulator valve connector.
- Connect the fuel rail pressure sensor.
- Connect the fuel filter assembly connectors.
- Install a new O-ring to the water outlet and lubricate with engine coolant.
- Install the water outlet.
- Install the water outlet bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the water outlet bolts to 24 N.m (17 lb ft).
- Install the turbocharger coolant inlet hose to the turbocharger.
- Install the main engine harness connectors.
- Install the main engine harness connector hold down bolts (1, 2).
Tighten: Tighten the main engine harness connector hold down bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the two engine block ground bolts to the right front side of the engine.
Tighten: Tighten the engine block ground bolts to 34 N.m (25 lb ft).
- Connect the crankshaft position sensor connector.
- Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
- Connect the fuel injection control module connectors.
- Connect the turbocharger boost sensor connector.
- Connect the four injector harness connectors.
