Removal Procedure

  1. Open the center console lid and remove the storage bin. Refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement (Non-Luxury) .
  2. Remove the rear cupholder from the end panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Cup Holder Replacement .

  3. Remove the 4 retaining screws (1).

  4. Remove the top 2 retaining screws (1).
  5. Move the end panel rearwards to gain access to the electrical connectors.
  6. Remove the end panel from the console.
  7. Remove the rear seat heater switch, if equipped. Refer to Rear Seat Heater Switch Replacement in Seats.
  8. Remove the rear seat audio controls, if equipped. Refer to Rear Seat Audio Control Replacement in Entertainment.
  9. Remove the console floor lamp, if equipped. Refer to Console Lamp Replacement in Lighting Systems.
  10. Remove the power outlets from the end panel, if equipped.
