An intermittent problem may be caused by poor connections, a break in wire insulation, or a broken wire inside insulation. If ignition "0" circuit voltage is low at IPC with engine off, odometer and PRND321 displays will not illuminate, and IPC will not communicate with scan tool. IPC will communicate with scan tool as long as tripometer button is pressed, and will stop communicating as soon as tripometer button is released. Once problem is corrected, DTC 1367 can only be read by scan tool as a history DTC.
