Always begin diagnosis with first DTC listed on scan tool. Scan tool must display DTC B2961 as current DTC before performing these diagnostics. If Light Green wire has been shorted to battery voltage, key in ignition switch must be inspected for damage as well as repairing short to battery voltage. Perform visual inspection for loose or poor connections at all related components.
