Low Engine Coolant (Diesel)

Low engine coolant warning system consists of a radiator-mounted low engine coolant level indicator sensor, low engine coolant level indicator module, and a warning indicator. When engine coolant level is low in radiator, sensor resistance is high. Low engine coolant level indicator module senses high resistance and turns on low engine coolant warning indicator. As a bulb check, indicator illuminates when ignition is turned on. If no problem exists, indicator goes out when engine starts.
