Test 12: Voltmeter Inoperative/Inaccurate

Start engine. Measure voltage between positive and negative battery terminals. If measured voltage agrees with voltmeter, check for poor connection and intermittent conditions. If measured voltage does not agree with voltmeter, replace instrument cluster.
