Removal & Installation
- Discharge A/C system, using approved refrigerant recovery/recycling equipment. Disconnect electrical connectors, as necessary. Remove pressure cycling switch. Disconnect accumulator lines, and cap openings. Remove accumulator bracket screws and accumulator.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Add 3.5 ounces of clean refrigerant oil to new accumulator. Lightly lubricate new "O" rings with clean refrigerant oil prior to installation. Evacuate, charge, and leak test A/C system.
