Action Taken By VCM

VCM performs the following if DTC is set:
- Will light MIL at first failure signal.
- Defaults a calculated output speed value by using input speed sensor values.
- Freezes shift adapts from being updated.
- Commands maximum line pressure.
- DTC P0502 will be stored in VCM history.
