Conditions For Setting DTC P0748

DTC will set under the following conditions:
- System voltage is 10-16 volts.
- Engine must be running at more than 475 RPM for at least 7 seconds.
- Engine is not in fuel cut off mode.
- Difference in commanded and measured return amperage is more than .16 amps.
- All conditions are met for .2 seconds.
