Conditions For Setting DTC P0741

DTC will set under the following conditions:
- DTC P0121 or P0122 (throttle position sensor) is not present.
- DTC P0502 or P0503 (output shaft speed sensor) is not present.
- DTC P0716 or P0717 (input speed sensor) is not present.
- DTC P0742 (TCC stuck on) is not present.
- DTC P1810 (trans. fluid pressure position switch) is not present.
- DTC P1860 (TCC PWM solenoid) is not present.
- Throttle position is 10-80 percent.
- Engine must be running for at least 7 seconds.
- Gear ratio must indicate 2nd, 3rd or 4th gear.
- TFP position switch must be in D2, D3 or D4.
- Fluid temperature must be 14-302°F (-10-150°C).
- TCC slip speed is more than 65 RPM for 4 seconds.
- All conditions must be met for a total of 2 occurrences.
