Action Taken By VCM

VCM performs the following if DTC is set:
- Will light MIL after first failure signal.
- Inhibits 4th gear.
- Freezes shift adapts from being updated.
- For TCC scheduling, VCM disregards brake switch state if TP sensor is more than one percent and vehicle speed is more than 20 MPH.
- DTC P0719 is stored in VCM history.
