PRNDL Or Odometer Does Not Perform 2 Second Segment Function Check Or Illuminate At All When Ignition Is On.

Check IPC power and ground supply. See IPC POWER & GROUND CHECK  under COMPONENT TESTING. Verify headlights are off to ensure dimmer switch is not affecting intensity. If power and ground supply are okay, replace IPC.
