Odometer Does Not Accumulate Mileage

Check IPC power and ground supply. See IPC POWER & GROUND CHECK  under COMPONENT TESTING. If power and ground supply are okay and speedometer operates correctly, replace IPC (provided odometer has not reached 999,999).
