Conditions For Setting DTC

System will set DTC under these conditions:

System will try to turn solenoid off by opening ground circuit.
If control module is unable to de-energize solenoid, system will not attempt to de-energize solenoid again during that ignition cycle.
Auto transfer case solenoid output is detected as a low voltage when a high voltage is expected.

When this DTC is set, all shifting will be disabled. SERVICE 4WD light will be on for remainder of current ignition cycle.
