Removal & Installation

  1. EBCM is located next to master cylinder. Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect electrical connectors from EBCM. Pry tab at end of EBCM by pulling tab toward front of vehicle. Remove EBCM.
  2. If brake fluid does contact EBCM connectors (vehicle harness connectors), rinse with water and then rinse with denatured alcohol. To install, slide EBCM into bracket until tab locks into hole. Connect EBCM electrical connectors.
