Removal (11" Axle With Disc Brakes)

  1. Remove rear hub and rotor assembly. See REAR BRAKE ROTOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Using a long drift and hammer, drive out inner bearing race, inner bearing and oil seal from outboard to inboard side of hub. See Figure .
  2. Remove retaining ring from inside of hub, inboard of outer bearing. Using Handle (J-8092) and Outer Bearing Race Remover/Installer(J-24426), drive out outer bearing race from outboard to inboard side of hub.
