Air Management System

When control module energizes electronic air control solenoid on a cold vehicle, air is allowed to flow through control valve to exhaust manifold. As coolant temperature increases or system enters closed loop, control module opens solenoid ground circuit, de-energizing control solenoid. Air is then routed to air cleaner.
