Preliminary Information (Rotating Pump)

Use Injector Pump Rotator (J-29872) to rotate pump. If you rotate the pump one millimeter, the timing changes by about 2 degrees. Correct timing is 3.5 degrees BTDC (before TDC).

• To advance timing, rotate pump toward passenger's side.
• To retard timing, rotate pump toward driver's side.
