Gauge Always Indicates Low Pressure

Ensure oil level is correct and actual oil pressure is okay. Unplug wire at sending unit. Turn ignition on. If gauge still indicates low, check for short in Tan wire to gauge. If wire is okay, replace oil pressure gauge. If gauge indicates high, replace sending unit.
