Axle Shafts: Installation

  1. Clean axle shaft flange and hub assembly. Install gasket or RTV. Install axle shaft into axle tube.
  2. Install and tighten axle flange bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table. Add lubricant.
