Possible trouble Code 68, 82 or 85. Stuck 1-2 shift valve. Failed solenoid "A" (solenoid "A" off). Dirt in filter, PCM or TCM not grounded, leaking "O" ring, no supply voltage to solenoid "A" or wire disconnected.
