Exhaust Manifold: Removal

- Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect exhaust pipe from rear exhaust manifold flange. Disconnect oxygen sensor wiring. Remove exhaust crossover pipe mounting bolts. See Figure. Remove nuts, rear exhaust manifold and gasket.
- Lower vehicle. Remove exhaust manifold heat shield from front exhaust manifold. Disconnect exhaust crossover pipe at front exhaust manifold. Remove nuts, front exhaust manifold and gasket.
