Test 76A - One Door Fails To Lock & Unlock From Any Switch

CAUTION:
Always turn ignition off prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.
- If problem is with sliding side door lock, check door contacts before proceeding. Repair door contacts as necessary. If contacts are okay, go to next step.
- Turn ignition off. Gain access to inoperative door lock switch. Disconnect door lock motor connector. Go to next step.
- Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage on door lock motor connector terminal No. 1 (Orange/Black wire). Observe scan tool while pressing door lock switch to lock position. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open Orange/Black wire. If voltage is more than 10 volts, go to next step.
- Check voltage on door lock motor connector terminal No. 2 (Pink/Black wire). Observe scan tool while pressing door lock switch to unlock position. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open Pink/Black wire. If voltage is more than 10 volts, replace door lock motor.
