- Air in fuel system.
- Poor fuel quality.
- Fuel level low or fuel tank vent blocked.
- Fuel control lever not obtaining full throttle.
- Clogged or defective fuel filter.
- Clogged or leaking intercooler.
- Restricted exhaust system.
- Restricted, blocked or leaking fuel injection or supply lines.
- Improper fuel line banjo bolts at fuel injection pump.
- Incorrect timing or defective fuel injection pump.
- Restricted or damaged fuel injector.
- Restricted or damaged air filter.
- Turbocharger boost control line broken or leaking.
