Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect electrical connector from fuel shutdown solenoid, located on side of fuel injection pump. See Figure. Remove clip, mounting bolts and fuel shutdown solenoid.
  2. To install, reverse removal procedure. After installing fuel shutdown solenoid, fuel shutdown solenoid shaft adjustment must be checked.
