No Start - Cold Engine

Ensure battery is fully charged.
Perform spark test.
Ensure timing belt or chain is not broken or jumped time.
Visually inspect ignition coil wiring and connector.
Check for power to ASD relay.
Check for binding throttle linkage.
Check for sufficient or contaminated fuel.
Check spark plugs and cable routing.
Check fuses.
Check in-line fuse to PCM (if applicable).
Ensure ignition timing and fuel pressure are correct.
Check fuel injectors.
Check coolant temperature sensor and connector.
Check crankshaft position sensor.
Check MAP sensor.
