Test NTC-8A - Performing No DTC Mechanical Test

At this point in diagnostic test procedure, all engine control systems have been determined to be operating as designed and not causing a driveability problem. Check following additional items should be checked for possible causes.
- Check if any Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) apply to vehicle.
- Check for fuel injection pump malfunction.
- Check fuel injection pump timing.
- Check for air in fuel system.
- Check for restricted or damaged fuel injector nozzle.
- Check for fuel contamination.
- Check for restricted fuel filter.
- Check for leaking or damaged fuel lines.
- Check for empty fuel tank and blocked tank vent.
- Check for clogged air filter.
- Check for blocked or leaking intercooler.
- Check engine compression.
- Check for misadjusted low idle.
- Check for throttle lever not reaching full throttle position.
