Test VER-1 - No Start Verification

  1. Check vehicle to ensure all engine components are connected. Reassemble and reconnect components as necessary. Check engine oil for fuel contamination. If engine oil is contaminated, change oil and filter. Attempt to start engine. If engine does not start, check all related Tech Service Bulletins (TSBs), perform corrective action as necessary, and go to TEST TC-1A.
  2. If engine starts and Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has been replaced, repair is complete. If engine starts and PCM has not been replaced, connect scan tool to data link connector and erase DTCs. Repair is complete.
