Fuel System Purging

Before any part of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fuel system is opened for repair, system must be purged of all natural gas.
The fuel system must first be purged of natural gas if any of the following components are to be removed or repaired:
- CNG Temperature Sensor
- CNG Low-Pressure Sensor
- Fuel Tube Or Fuel Tube Fitting
- Fuel Injector Rail Assembly
- Fuel Fill Receptacle
- Fuel Cylinder
- Manual Shutoff Valve
- Fuel Filter
- Fuel Injectors
- Low Pressure Fuel Shutoff Solenoid
- Fuel Pressure Regulator
- Fill Check Valves
- High Pressure Fuel Shutoff Solenoid
