Test NTC-15A - Checking Engine Vacuum

Connect a vacuum gauge to engine. Operate engine at idle. Observe vacuum gauge reading with engine at idle. Normal vacuum reading will vary according to altitude. If vacuum gauge reading is not 13-22 in. Hg steady, go to TEST NTC-16A. If vacuum gauge reading is 13-22 in. Hg steady, engine vacuum is okay. Test is complete.
