Removal (5.9L Diesel & 8.0L)

- Disconnect both battery cables, negative side first. Remove battery hold-down and heat shield. Remove battery. Remove 2 forward battery tray nuts through left front wheel opening. Remove nuts and bolts holding battery tray. Lift battery tray enough to access servo electrical connector.
- Disconnect electrical connector. Remove 2 nuts from speed control cable sleeve. Pull cable away from servo to expose retaining clip. Remove retaining clip and pull servo away from mounting bracket.
