Washer Motor Runs Continuously Testing

  1. Turn ignition to RUN position and wiper switch to WASH position. Disconnect wiper switch connector C259. See Figure . If washer motor stops pumping, replace wiper switch. If washer motor continues pumping, go to step 2).
  2. Disconnect wiper control module connector C224. If washer motor stops pumping, replace wiper control module. If washer motor continues pumping, check and repair short in Pink wire between pulse wiper control module connector C224 and washer pump connector C137.
