Intake Manifold Air Temperature Sensor

Intake manifold air temperature sensor is located on intake manifold, to rear of air inlet housing. See Figure . Disconnect sensor electrical connector. Measure resistance between sensor terminals. If resistance is not within specification, replace sensor. See INTAKE MANIFOLD AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR RESISTANCE table. If resistance of wires between PCM and sensor exceeds one ohm, repair wires.
