Water Pump: Installation

  1. Apply anaerobic sealant to sealing surface of plate and water pump. Install plate to pump with new gasket. Coat water pump bolt threads with Sealant (1052080).
  2. Install pump and plate assembly to front cover with new gasket. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
