Gauge Always Reads Full

Disconnect fuel gauge sending unit wire. Turn ignition on. Connect a fused jumper wire from sending unit Pink wire to ground. If gauge reads full, check for short circuit in Pink wire. If fuel gauge reads empty, check fuel gauge ground circuit. If circuit is okay, replace fuel gauge sending unit.
