Instrument Cluster

CAUTION: Static electricity can destroy integrated circuits within instrument cluster. Before servicing, ground yourself and work area to discharge stored electricity.

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove radio and heater control units. Remove 4 retainer screws. Remove trim plate (A/T only). Touch hands to ground to discharge static electricity before removing instrument cluster. Being extremely careful NOT to touch circuit board pins, disconnect 34-pin connector. To install, reverse removal procedure.
