Shock Absorber: Installation

  1. Install shock absorber (3) to the lower anchor plate. DO NOT attach the washer (4) or the nut (5) at this time. See Figure .
  2. Install the shock absorber (3) to the frame bracket with the bolts (1) and nuts (1).
  3. Tighten the nuts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  4. Lower anchor plate washer (4) and nut (5).
  5. Tighten the nut.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
