Removal & Installation: Shackle: Installation

  1. Install the shackle (12) to the vehicle. See Figure or Figure .
  2. Install the shackle (12) to spring bolt (6), washers (10), and nut (11); DO NOT tighten.
  3. Install the frame to shackle bolt (7), washers (8), and nut (9); DO NOT tighten.
  4. Tighten the rear shackle nuts (9 and 11).
  5. Lower the vehicle.
