Solenoid: Service and Repair

Remove or Disconnect

1. Skid plate (if equipped).
2. Electrical connector from the actuator.
3. Thermal actuator (12) by unthreading.

Install or Connect

1. Thermal actuator (12).
- Coat the threads with sealant.

Tighten
^ Actuator to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).

2. Electrical connector.
3. Skid plate (if equipped).
