Removal & Installation

  1. Remove cap screws and cap assembly. Remove snap ring from end of axle shaft. Remove lock ring retaining locking hub body in wheel hub.
  2. Install 2 cover screws into hub body to withdraw assembly from wheel hub. To install locking hub, reverse removal procedure. Tighten cap screws to 45 INCH lbs. (5 N.m).
