1-2 Shift Speed - High or Low

1. T.V. cable binding, broken or incorrectly adjusted.

2. Faulty governor assembly. Refer to "First Speed Only No Upshift."

3. Throttle lever and bracket assembly damaged, binding or incorrectly assembled.

4. T.V. link missing, binding or damage.

5. T.V. exhaust check ball and T.V. plunger sticking.

6. Valve body or oil pump assembly face not flat.
