Lower Control Arm & Bushings: Installation

  1. If removed, place control arm in position and install ball joint stud into steering knuckle bore. Tighten stud nut to specification and install new cotter pin. Install coil spring and control arm.
  2. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all nuts and bolts to specification and check wheel alignment as necessary. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT section for procedures and specifications.
