Remove steering wheel and lock plate. Lift directional signal switch up far enough to slip over end of shaft. It is not necessary to remove switch entirely.
Place key in lock cylinder and rotate to "RUN" position. Remove lock retaining screw being careful not to drop screw down column. Rotate lock cylinder to align cylinder key with keyway in housing. Pull cylinder from housing.

To install, hold lock cylinder and rotate key clockwise to stop. Align cylinder key and housing keyway and insert cylinder. Complete assembly by reversing removal procedure.
