Lock Cylinder Removal: Jeep

Place lock in "ON" position (manual transmission) or in "OFF-LOCK" position (automatic transmission). Insert thin tool (machinist's scale or knife blade) into lock cylinder slot. Push in to release spring loaded lock retainer. Remove lock cylinder from housing.
