Engine Front Cover: Removal

Remove oil pan as previously outlined. Remove fan belt, fan and pulley. Remove radiator shroud and accessory drive pulley. Remove harmonic balancer pulley bolt (if equipped). Pull off harmonic balancer with a suitable puller (J-23523). Remove water pump and front cover retaining screws. Remove cover and gasket.
