1970-74 "G" Models

Disconnect battery ground cable and raise vehicle on a hoist. Disconnect starter at engine and position to one side. Drain crankcase and remove flywheel (converter) cover. Remove front motor mount-to-crossmember bracket attaching bolts. Raise engine and position 2" x 4" wood blocks between mounts and brackets. Remove oil pan attaching bolts and oil pan from vehicle.
