"G" Models (1965-66)
Remove steering wheel, disconnect signal control wiring assembly at harness quick disconnect and remove wiring leads from multiple connector. Remove steering column mast jacket upper support clamp. Disconnect harness from retaining clip. Remove directional signal lever and three screws attaching control assembly to housing. Remove directional switch assembly and signal housing from steering column by tugging to left and sliding upward from shaft.
