Disassembly and Assembly

Disassembly

1. Remove cap (1) from guide pulley (3).
2. Remove screw (2) connecting guide pulley (3) to belt tensioner (5).
3. Remove guide pulley (3).

Assembly

1. Position guide pulley (3) to belt tensioner (5).
2. Install guide pulley (3) to belt tensioner (5) using screw (2), Tighten screw (2) to 30 Nm ( 22 ft. lbs. ).
3. Install cap (1) to guide pulley (3).
