Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud: Removal

- With the vehicle in N, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .

NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.
Remove the bolts and the engine front undershield.
Torque: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm), Torque: 41 lb.ft (55 Nm)
- Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the wiring harness retainer.

NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.
Remove the supercharger radiator lower support bolts and lower the support-radiator-fan assembly.
Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

NOTE: This step requires the aid of another technician.
Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud from the lower support.
- If necessary.Disconnect the electrical connectors, detach the wiring harness retainers and remove the harness from the fan.
